We organized several art workshop on different area of visual art. we invite artist to share their idea and experience to the emerging art student and artist to develop the work environment and quality of activities and works, by the workshop program in porapara we successfully introduce many art medium and methods such as raku ceramic, lino-cut print, policritix print, animated sculpture, site specific art, public art, performance art, video art, artivisom, social practice and contemporary art criticism

Porapara space for artist organized the International Site specific workshop with cooperation of Britto art trust,Dhaka. 15 artist from Chittagong, Dhaka , SriLanka, Egypt was joined with the workshop. The program response the world environment day and the open studio event take place on the bank of the river Karnafuli.

Creative painting workshop

Spanish artist conduct a creative painting workshop at porapara with the art student from chittagong. 24 young artist was benefited directly by the workshop, the trainer artist introduce the everyday object as art material for making painting.during the workshop the student and instructor produce approximately 200 pieces of painting. we exhibit 65 selected painting for the audience at the end of the workshop, we use Fulki school venue as the workshop venue, and exhibit the out come of the workshop in Theater institute of chittagong. the show was open for the public for 10 days. we publish a little publication about the activities.

Porapara space for artist organized a number of performance art workshop to develop and implement performance art in Chittagong. After 2 years activities we can showcasing approximately 55 regular performance artist and more then 500 creative performance art documents by the direct impact of the workshop, Japanese artist seije Shimoda visited and conduct porapara workshop for 2 times. and we open a platform to support the artist for developing their skill and thoughts.
